ABSENTEE BALLOTS ARE AVAILABLE 30 DAYS BEFORE THE ELECTION Absentee Ballot Requests are Available Now!
An absentee ballot can be requested by: • Applying online at https://absenteeballotrequest.sos.maine.gov/ • Completing the absentee ballot application request in-person request to the Town Clerk’s Office • Calling the Town Clerk’s Office 207-625-4558 – Monday 8am-6pm. Tuesday through Thursday, 8 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. • Mailing the absentee ballot application request to 634 North Rd, Parsonsfield ME 04047 • Faxing the absentee ballot application request to 207-625-8172
Absentee applications or written requests must be received by 4:00 p.m. on Thursday, June 4, 2026. Absentee requests after June 4 will be by special circumstance only.
Accessible (Electronic) Absentee Ballots are available: The accessible absentee ballot is intended for voters with print disabilities, which may include vision impairment or blindness, physical dexterity limitations, learning disabilities or cognitive impairment, all of which prevent the individual from independently marking a paper ballot. For those voters with disabilities who prefer to vote absentee, an accessible electronic ballot is available for voters to complete independently at home using screen reader technology. In-person Absentee Voting: In-person absentee will be available until 4PM, Thursday June 4th at the Town Clerk’s Office during regular business hours, which are Monday 8am-6pm. Tuesday through Thursday, 8 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Voter Registration: The Registrar of Voters for Parsonsfield holds office hours during the regular Town Clerk’s Office business hours Monday 8am-6pm. Tuesday through Thursday, 8 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Residents can register to vote at the Town Clerk’s Office or by mailing in a Voter Registration Application (the application is available on the Town’s web site) and provide documents that show your proof of identity and proof of residency.
