The Planning Board & Zoning Board of Appeals is seeking applicants for the part-time position of administrative assistant. Responsibilities will include attending board meetings, conduct video recording of meetings, document meeting minutes and maintain files, records, publications and expense reports. Ideal candidates will be flexible, self-motivated, able to work independently and have proficient computer skills. Office or municipal experience is a plus but not required. Hours vary depending on workload of the two boards.

Deputy Clerk (posted May 18, 2020)
The Clerk is seeking applicants for the 32 hour per week position of Deputy Clerk. Responsibilities include performing motor vehicle, ATV, snowmobile and boat registrations, handling Vital Records, voter registration and elections, and maintaining Town records. Must be proficient in Word and Excel. Experience with Quickbooks and TRIO a plus. Excellent customer service skills required. Ultimately, the Deputy Clerk will perform all the duties of the Clerk. Must be able to travel for training and to become certified as a Notary. Office or municipal experience is a plus but not required.
